The Bellota ham originates from purebred Iberian pigs, which reach their slaughter weight of at least 160 kg without fertilization in the free meadow maintenance in the Dehesa
The Bellota pigs feed throughout their lifetime on what the Dehesa yields - mainly nuts, acorns (Bellotas) and olives.
This unique diet in the wild as well as the free movement of Ibérico pigs make the Bellota ham develop its incomparable, unadulterated nutty and pleasantly oily taste, and the Bellota ham enjoys such a reputation among gourmet experts around the world.

Orders received and paid by us until 12.30pm on Thursdays will be harvested on these days and shipped on Fridays so you will receive your package on Tuesday.
