Fresh pitahaya
red pulp
directly from Lepe in the province of Huelva
sweet pulp ...
refresh sweet ...
100% organic
Like all of our fruits, untreated and packaged directly after harvest
taste
Under the cone-like, smooth and red shell hides a deliciously sweet,
white or red pulp, depending on the variety. It is similar to that of the kiwi and
contains innumerable small kernels that are simply consumed.
The fruit tastes refreshingly sweet and milder than the yellow variant.
use
Pitahayas are usually eaten raw.
Cut the fruit in half e.g. B. and scoop out the pulp like a kiwi.
Of course, the exotic can also be used to make desserts, ice cream and delicious fruit sauces.
In contrast to the prickly pear, pitahayas have no thorns and are easier to process.
